CORE Specials Module provides an end to end solution for managing the selling of ad hoc product requests from customers. Incorporating key features from both the CORE Point of Sale and eProcurement modules to enable a fully controlled and audited process.

Specials Monitor allows the salesperson, buyer or manager to track the progress of each special on order ensuring effective ordering and customer despatch

Special Orders are created via Sales Order functionality and can be created for both cash and credit customers

Fully audited from the point of customer order to customer despatch

Optimises stock control and ongoing movement of special products

Supplier references are captured at time of sale which will prompt the user each time this reference is used again to see historic transactions

Tracking of special products to ensure all goods ordered can be despatched or sold effectively

Specials cannot be ordered in eProcurement unless a Sales Order is in place for the product
