About Our Milk Price Tracker App

Due to the popularity of our MilkedIn App, we were contacted by the ICMSA, who represent Irish farmers (particularly livestock and dairy) by lobbying at local, national and EU levels. As an organisation, they place special emphasis on preserving the family farm structure and defending the rights and incomes of farm families.

Many of their members are users of the MilkedIn app, which is why they reached out to CORE to develop a Milk Price Tracker app for them, which also incorporated other benefits to their members. An accompanying administrator portal was also developed for the ICMSA, which will be used going forward to maintain their membership file and publish content to their app.

In 2022 we started this project, and on December 5^th we were invited to present the app to 250+ members at the ICMSA’s AGM, alongside various speakers including the Minister of Agriculture and other political figures and key members of the industry.

We were delighted to receive significant praise from members, we are currently gathering positive feedback from a large pilot group who are reviewing the app.

Whilst attending #MoorePark23 on 4^th July, we were delighted to see the team at ICMSA showcasing the new app to the intended users, as the developers of the app it was great to see the app being approved by the target audience.

The ICMSA plan to fully launch the app to their 16,000 members later this Summer!
