We conduct an in-depth business assessment with key members of our team as part of this process, and we evaluate your critical business processes, what is being done well, and what benefits a new system can deliver for you, among many other things. With 40 years of experience developing software solutions, we have a wealth of industry best practises to advise on. Our extensive presales scoping and analysis ensures that we meet and exceed expectations from the very beginning.

CORE Tech understand that proper implementation will maximise the value of your new system. The structure of our implementation team will vary depending on the unique requirements of your business and the scale of implementation. Our onboarding process is structured to include full project scoping and planning, business analysis, data migration, training, and onsite go-live support. We also don’t close projects on go live day; rather, we close projects when it is mutually agreed that the solution provided is in line with the project scope and deliverables. We believe in fully collaborative projects, and it is important to us that all the finer details are correct and that all challenges are met.

Our service desk team is engaged throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to support once a project is closed. At CORE Tech, we understand that the type of support required varies depending on the challenge you’re facing, so we provide you with a variety of support options. Support is available via email and, more importantly, by phone if you need to speak with someone directly, and our support portal offers ticket management, support analytics, and a comprehensive knowledge base with documentation and training. As part of our ongoing maintenance, we conduct regular check-ins, support meetings, and software updates.

Our journey together doesn’t end with the installation of your software. We want to ensure that our software remains as powerful and impactful as possible in ever-changing business landscapes, and we will work closely with you to make this a reality! Your account manager is a member of our professional services team who assisted with your onboarding process. They provide roadmaps that are aligned to your needs and are available to assist you should you require it, thanks to their deep understanding of your business.
